Adaption Ambassadors Code of Conduct

I will represent Adaption with integrity, honesty, and professionalism in all community interactions, content, and events. I understand that as an ambassador, I am a reflection of the Adaption brand and community.

I commit to a minimum of six months of active engagement in the program. I understand that all ambassador-hosted events must include Adaption branding and be promoted on LinkedIn and X. Event grants are available up to once per month and must be submitted through the proper process in the private Discord channel.

I will provide honest, constructive feedback on Adaption products and features. Early access and premium features are provided in exchange for genuine input, not promotion without substance.

I will treat all members of the Adaption community with respect and foster an inclusive, welcoming environment in every space I engage, whether Discord, social media, events, or elsewhere. Discrimination, harassment, or exclusionary behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.

I will keep confidential any non-public information shared through the ambassador program, including product roadmap discussions, founder chats, and content shared in the private Discord channel. I will not share this information externally without explicit permission from the Adaption team.

I will not misuse ambassador credits, free premium features, or event grant funding. Credits issued to others should support genuine community growth, and event grant proposals must be reviewed and approved before funds are distributed.

I understand that participation in competing ambassador programs is discouraged and may affect my standing in the program. If I am involved in another ambassador program, I will disclose this in my application.

I will champion research, continuous learning, and the responsible use of AI within my community. I understand that this program exists to support builders and learners, not to serve as a purely promotional channel.

I understand that failure to uphold this code of conduct or meet the program's engagement expectations may result in removal from the program. The Adaption team reserves the right to revoke ambassador status at any time.

I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older.
